Jabber Nominated for Two SPIFFY Awards
Service Provider Innovation Forum (SPIF) of the Telecom Council of Silicon Valley Awards Excellence in Technological Innovation

February 26, 2008 – Denver, Colo. – Jabber, Inc. today announced that it has been nominated for two 2007 SPIFFY awards by the Service Provider Innovation Forum (SPIF) of the Telecom Council of Silicon Valley. The SPIFFY Awards recognize outstanding innovation and execution by entrepreneurs in the telecommunications industry as judged by a set of global service providers, including British Telecom, France Telecom, NTT DoCoMo, SK Telecom, Sprint, AT&T, and many others. This year’s awards ceremony will be held on Thursday, February 28, at the Aquarius Theater in Palo Alto, CA.

The Telecom Council of Silicon Valley connects companies in the communications technology industry with one another for business development, collaboration, and education. The Council brings together the industry's critical mass of businesses, research, ideas, capital, and human expertise to create a hub for telecommunications professionals.

The Service Provider Innovation Forum of the Telecom Council of Silicon Valley nominated Jabber for the following 2007 SPIFFY awards:

The Ground Breaker Award for Engineering Excellence honors the company that has produced the most impressive technological advancements in the telecommunications industry. The Graham Bell Award for Best Communication Solution acknowledges the company that advanced the cause of improving telecommunications.
