August 30, 2005 – Denver, Colo. and Paris, France – Wanadoo, Europe’s largest provider of Internet solutions, announced today that its Livecom integrated voice, video, and chat service has deployed the Jabber Extensible Communications Platform (Jabber XCP). For Livecom, Jabber XCP serves as its core presence, subscriber management, and multi-media routing technology. According to Wanadoo, Jabber XCP enables Wanadoo to bridge multiple protocols and integrate numerous services to deliver a rich multi-media experience for their subscribers. Additionally, Jabber XCP provides Wanadoo with a highly extensible service delivery framework for ongoing service innovation.
